Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Ease, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Ease you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

What Ease is, and what it is not

Ease keeps track of documents and obligations that have a date on them, tells you when each needs attention, and gives you step-by-step guidance for renewing or completing it. Ease does not submit applications to a government or any other organisation on your behalf, does not pay any fee or bill for you, and does not give legal advice. You submit every application and pay every fee yourself. Fees, forms and processing times are set by the issuing authority and change; check the official source before you rely on them.

Who can use it

Ease is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Ease. Use Ease only for your own documents, or documents you are authorised to manage.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not enter a passport, licence, Known Traveler, card or bank-account number into Ease — it does not need them and does not keep them.

Early access

Ease is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free, that every date or requirement it shows is current, or that every reminder will arrive.

Price

Ease costs nothing during early access, and we take no payments for it. If that changes, we will tell you before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing.

Fair use

Do not use Ease to manage someone else's documents without their permission, to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for a missed deadline, or for decisions you make using Ease's reminders or guidance. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using Ease at any time and ask us to delete your data, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
